OVERVIEW
This course gives you an opportunity to explore the ways in which you currently view yourself, both the conscious and unconscious identities that you carry, as well as discover the identities you want to have for yourself, the truest expression of you beneath the stories, lies, and (mis)conceptions that you have allowed to be placed on you. You will identify the stories running in your mind about who you are, or aren’t, and look at how your daily habits and behaviors reinforce the beliefs you have about yourself.
You will also gain practical tips on how to change the way you think about yourself though simple, practical adjustments with your daily habits, routines and choices. I will support you at every step along the way, and you will be in the company of fellow travelers on the same journey together.
